It is with our heartfelt condolences the management and staff of Whipple and Allen Funeral Home Inc. of Toomosboro, Georgia announce the passing of Mr. Victor Lamar Whipple, 52 of Irwinton, Georgia. Mr. Whipple was called into Eternal Rest, Friday March 24, 2023, at Atrium Health Navicent Medical Center. Services will be held on April 1, 2023 from Jordan Stream Baptist Church 17105 Ga Highway 112 Toomsboro, Georgia 31090 at 11:00 am. He is survived by his loving family and friends.
