It is with our heartfelt condolences-the administration and staff of Whipple and Allen Funeral Home, Inc. of Toomsboro Georgia announce the passing of Ms. Edna M. Carswell. Ms. Carswell passed away on September 30, 2022, at Advanced Health and Rehab of Twiggs County. Memorial services will be held on October 15, 2022, at 12:00 noon from Calvary Hill Baptist Church 8104 Hwy 441 Irwinton GA.

She is survived by one brother Mr. Charles (Tammy) Carswell of Marietta, Georgia and one niece Mrs. Devonna (Reginal) Pea of Pasadena Maryland. In addition to other loving family members and friends. You may express your condolences in our guestbook.
