Mrs. Irene Burney passed away on Monday November 16, 2020 at her residence in Macon Georgia. Graveside services will be held on Saturday November 21, 2020 at 1:00 pm Brundage Mt. Baptist Church Cemetary in McIntyre Georgia. She leaves to cherish her memories, three children all of Macon GA, Marilyn Burney, Patricia Burney, and Anthony T . Burney Sr. (Menka), devoted granddaughter, Turanza W. Jackson (Robert) of Atlanta GA. twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Annie Jean Anderson, Ms. Doris Walker of Irwinton, GA; and Mrs. Hattie Pearl Driskell (Willie) of Gordon, GA; one uncle Mr. Sylvester Worthen of Detroit MI; in-laws, Mrs. Annette Trawick of Kathleen, GA, Ms. Delphia Burney of Savannah, GA; Mrs. Carrie Todd (Emory) of Irwinton, GA; Mr. Earl Willie Burney, Atlanta, GA; Mr. Theodora Burney (Bettye) and Mr. Willie Burney, Sr., (Marian) of Gordon, GA. a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and the "Wilco Warrior Family"  You may express condolences in our guestbook.
