Mother Della Mae Smith of Toomsboro Georgia entered into eternal rest on April 7, 2021 at Serenity Place in Dublin Georgia. Funeral Services will be April 13, 2021 1:00pm at New Liberty Baptist Church, (grounds) burial will follow at Cannon Quarters Cemetery. She is survived by three children, one daughter, Ms. Phyllis M. Woodard, Milledgeville, Ga. two sons, Mr. Terry B. Woodard, Toomsboro Ga. and Mr. Otha L. Smith Jr. Philadelphia, Pa. five grandchildren, Cameron Woodard, Atlanta Ga. Otarius Woodard, Milledgeville Ga. Dathon Walker, Perry Ga. Terlika Woodard Gordon, Ga.  Candace Porter, Gordon, Ga. and a host of other family and friends.
